Cannot imagine the home selling experience with anyone other than Kelly. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and is always available to discuss concerns and give advice. Our experience with Kelly has been fabulous - she is extremely professional, diligent, and organized. She even waited at my house for a contractor's estimate while I was at work! I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy in the North Fulton area.
Kelly went WAY over and BEYOND her "call of duty" to help me and my family with the purchase of our home. I am so impressed with her. She did an excellent job in every aspect of the process. I am thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to help. She is totally amazing! I just met Kelly but I feel like she is a member of our family. It is so easy to tell that Kelly really loves her job.

We were combining families and had two homes to sell and one to buy all within specific timeframes, and what could have been a very complicated and anxiety-filled process was made so incredibly easy and successful thanks to Kelly. She was extremely familiar with the local areas of each of our homes, and sold both our homes in under one month! She is always responsive, and exceedingly knowledgeable about the legalities and complexities of buying and selling a home. BUYER BEWARE-You will have high expectations and may be disappointed with any other realtor after working with Kelly!! Her market knowledge and ability to price a house are on point, her follow up skills and ability to get buyers to share their thoughts were a very pleasant surprise, and she is not shy about chasing down any leads. We were never waiting long for any requests we had, in fact she made us feel like her only client. Kelly also provided informative activity reports regularly and strategies for next steps. I am a marketing exec and really thought I could have sold my house on my own, but the twists and turns that came up with our potential buyers (we had multiple offers) alone made Kelly's expertise invaluable. We simply could not have done it, or have been as successful in our home sale, without her.
